Drivers of Form - June 2021

Every month, we dedicate time to reflect on how the FormScore community feels, what the main drivers are, and think of ways to support you.

Here is what we observed in June: The overall average score was 6.59, which is slightly lower than May (by -0.05). The report below suggests that the average score is due to Travel, Exercise and Weather, which brought our form up. It’s also due to Stress, Finances and Work, which brought our form down.

  • As the weather gets better, we spend more time outdoors, exercising, and traveling even if it’s mostly within the country. The data shows that spending more time in nature, enjoying the weather and exercising are good for our mental health.

  • It’s positive to see a +0.03 change across Stress, Work and Sleep. Even though all 3 drivers were logged as negative drivers, their impact was less negative compared to May.
