The FormScore app

A simple, yet innovative app, FormScore helps us understand what is driving our wellbeing and therefore take the next steps to manage our mental health proactively.

The app makes us aware of when family, friends, and colleagues might need a Check-in, and lets them know when we might need some support. All this, using an easy scale we can all understand; a score between 1-10.
