Drivers of Form - November 2021

Every month, we dedicate time to reflect on how the FormScore community feels, what the main drivers are, and think of ways to support you.

Here is how November has been for us:

  • November’s average score was 5.91, which is lower compared to October (6.12).

  • The data below suggests that this is due to StressHealth and Finances which brought our Form down and ConnectionsKids and Exercise, which boosted our form.

So, what can we do to improve our low form? Stay connected. Reach out to those we trust to have a chat and share our worries. Check out the tips and resources in  The Form Guide ebook or have a look at our '30-day Form Booster' course for more advice. You could also see what resources are available in your work place.

If you are concerned about your own mental health, please remember professional help is available through the NHS (UK only resource).
