It's time to Assess.

We're on a journey. It's a 30-day journey but we're on a life journey of being more intentional about our wellbeing. 

  • This process is around knowledge – reflect – knowledge - reflect – act – change – reflect - build-up more knowledge. It's iterative. Keep reflecting, and changing, and tweaking.

  • Think about our drivers of form and start to reflect and assess how they are sitting with us.  How are we feeling about our overall wellbeing, in the context of this increased knowledge. 

 

Let’s do an audit of how we're doing now 

  • Are we getting enough meaningful activity? 

  • Have we exercised well in recent weeks? 

  • How well are we balancing stress? 

  • Are we taking those breaks in the day? 

  • What does our nutrition look like? 

  • What could we do a little bit better? 

  • What micro-steps could we take to become even more intentional about our wellbeing?

This is a building process. We have to keep building on what we've done so far.
