Many people can feel overwhelmed at the start of a wellbeing journey.

So how can you start?

  • The first step can be the most difficult. You have to choose to take it.

  • It's about being intentional and deciding that prioritising wellbeing is important to you, and then taking that step forward.

  • Be kind to yourself when starting something new.

  • Start small. Build up over time.

  • Be kind to yourself along the way. It's ok to slip up, as long as you get up and keep going.

We're trying to move forward from A to B, where B, is better wellbeing and more intent.

So how do we get going?

  • Schedule your exercise, think about your nutrition, connect with others.

  • Know your 'why'. Your purpose.

  • Build the 'small-step' idea into your routine by choosing to prioritize wellbeing.

    • Being intentional about your wellbeing will result in incremental gains.

    • Enjoy the benefits of the aggregation of marginal gains. ("Being great, takes being good, a lot." )
