Journey

So we arrived at the end of this part of our journey together and for those of you that have seen this through and got to this point, my sincere gratitude. Thank You for being with us. Thank you for being with me and doing this together, collectively. 

There's something quite special about knowing that we are all on this journey to better wellbeing. To be intentional about our wellbeing together. 

 And it's a continual journey, but for the last 30 days we have been reflecting, thinking, playing, experimenting, working on just being that little bit more intentional, and more proactive about managing our wellbeing. 

Wellbeing is personal and individual 

  • We have learnt a lot and not all of it will resonate with you, and that's absolutely fine. 

  • Pick out the bits that are relevant for you and explore them, read more about them, work on them, try more things.

  • Wellbeing is a journey with a sense of lightness and curiosity. Think how you step forward, how you take this forward, and evolve it, and make it your own. 

 I'm hoping you've seen a rise in your form score in the last 30 days and would love to hear from you, if you have, or if you haven't. 

 

My belief is that if we can be more intentional about our wellbeing, that builds up our self-awareness. 

  • Self-awareness becomes our knowledge

  • Knowledge can then be turned into action

  • Our actions boost our wellbeing.
