  1. Navigate to https://myform.today/ from a Desktop (as opposed to your mobile phone)

  2. Click Login on the top right

  3. Enter your work email address

  4. Click Submit

  5. Complete the verification process

    1. An email with a verification code will be sent to your work email address.

    2. Copy the verification code from the email.

    3. Paste it to the pop-up in the myform.today page.
