Formster language - the Dictionary

  • Good question. Thanks for asking.

  • It’s simple, really. It’s your language and it’s our language. It’s human language. No formal or fancy words. It’s the kind of language you use when you talk with your pals. It’s positive and straightforward. With simple and direct phrases. It’s you. It’s us.

Here’s are the most common terms in the Formster language.

  • Form: Form is our alternative word for wellness/wellbeing/mood. Our goal is to help people to manage their Form more intentionally.

  • Formster / Formsters: users of the FormScore app

  • FormScore: the name of our Application. FormScore is also a number, out of ten, that represents our daily mood.

  • Formie: Our mascot. Formie the octopus.

  • Gigi: Our friend mascot. Gigi the seahorse.

  • The FormScore Guide: our Podcast

  • Friday Form: our Newsletter

  • Notice. Connect. Support. That’s our tag line. What does it mean? It’s an invitation and a reminder to pause, reflect on how you feel and Notice your form. But the magic happens when you Connect with friends to share your score, and notice how they feel. Then Support each other.

  • Be more human: also our tag line. A reminder to be kind, honest, nice, open, vulnerable.

  • Radar/Circle of Support: The closest friends you pinned in the circle displayed in the main screen of FormScore. You might have connected with multiple colleagues, friends and family members but the Formsters in your radar are the ones they have your back and you have theirs. They can also be individuals you want to keep an eye for and continue to support.

  • Drivers Lowering Form: drivers that cause our FormScore to drop

  • Drivers Boosting Form: drivers that improve of form
