Why am I seeing some “Unknowns” on the App in place of my contacts?
We have recently changed the way contacts are managed by the app to improve stability. For some formsters, this causes a problem with some contacts being labeled as unknown (displayed as ‘U’).
If you experience this issue:
Kill the app and wait for half an hour
If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate the issue in your account
If it still persists, we will advise you to delete your current account and set up a new one to resolve the issue.
Note that both you and your friend will have to delete the account. We are working on a less drastic fix for this.
