E1: Ryan Hopkins

The Future of Wellbeing Podcast:

Join us as we delve into the world of workplace wellbeing with a focus on where we are headed in the years to come. We will explore the relationship between wellbeing, performance, and commitment to the organisation, as well as the significance of measuring wellbeing.

Episode 1 Guest:

Ryan Hopkins, Future of Wellbeing Leader at Deloitte.

Ryan suffered an accident when he was 19, losing the ability to walk for a year, spiralling into a severe depression, and over the next 8 years went through suicidal periods, bulimia, anxiety, agoraphobia and came out the other end a better person for it. These experiences lit a fire within him, which he uses to try and inspire those around him to be non-negotiable with their wellbeing and for organisations to create cultures of empowerment where people can be their best selves daily.
