How to migrate from Beta to the stable release

Are you an early adopter?

If you have been an early adopter who helped us test the Beta versions, thank you. We really appreciate your time, and your insights are crucial in shaping the FormScore vision before we share it with the world.

While having access to the Beta version means that you get to try all the new features before they are made publicly available, we understand that it can also be inconvenient. New features often come with new ‘quirks’ while we are testing the app.

Migrating to a stable release on Android

Here’s what to do if you experienced any issues in Beta and prefer to migrate to the stable release:

  1. Open Google Play

  2. Search for ‘FormScore

  3. If you have access to the Beta version it will say FormScore (Beta)

  4. Scroll down to the section: You’re a beta tester

  5. Click on the Leave link

  6. Wait for a few minutes. This takes some time

  7. Go back to the Google Play ‘homepage’ and search for FormScore again

  8. Download the app. This time you will have access to the stable release and not the Beta version.

  2. Open App Store

  3. Search for FormScore

  4. Download the app. This time you will have access to the stable release and not the Beta version.

  5. Check the icon of the app you just downloaded. The orange dot will no longer be there, meaning that you now have access to the stable release.
