How to activate the FormScore email tool

The following instructions are for ‘Form for Business’ accounts only. These accounts are available only as part of a pilot or an enterprise offer.

1. Click on the link provided to you to subscribe to the FormScore email tool.

2. Enter your email address.

3. Open the email from FormScore (check your spam folder too).

4. Click on the score that corresponds to your Form today.

5. Select your team (this might not be applicable for smaller organisations).

6. Choose your driver of Form (you can select more than one driver). Click Save.

7. Click on the button to Link your account to the FormScore app.

8. Enter your mobile number.

9. Enter the code you receive.

10. Accept the T&Cs.

11. Download FormScore on App Store or Google Play.

12. Start using the FormScore App and logging your score.

13. Connect with colleagues, friends, and family

14. Notice your friends’ scores and support each other.

15. Improve your form and enjoy the benefits of positive wellbeing.
