How to add friends in my ‘Circle of Support’

  1. Click on the Today tab.

  2. Here you can update your score throughout the day and see how your friends are doing so that you can support them. To add friends in your ‘circle of support’ click on the + circle.

  3. You will notice that the + option is not visible after you add your first 4 friends. To add more friends to your circle of support, navigate to the ‘Friends’ tab.

  4. Notice the star ⭐️ on the right-hand side, next to your friend’s name. Tap on the star, which will change from grey to yellow. This means that you marked your friend as a ‘favourite’ and she/he will be added to your circle of support.

  5. Sometimes we hear from Formsters who use this feature to keep an eye on friends who are having a challenging time. So they update their circle of support often based on who they need to support the most.

  6. Since there is a limit to the number of friends you can add to your circle of support, there might be a time you have to remove one and add another.

  7. To do so, navigate to your Friends tab, and the friend you have to remove from your ‘circle of support'. Tap on the ⭐️ which will change from yellow to grey and automatically remove the friends from the ‘Today’ tab and your circle of support.

Please note that the score displayed next to your friend’s picture is the last score they logged. This might have been today, yesterday, or 8 days ago, for example.

To check whether the score reflects their form today, navigate to the Friends tab, and check the description next to their score. It will see ‘Today’ or ‘X days ago’.
